The Crepes broke instead of folding around the filling. I absolutely love this recipeI made two changes I omitted the pine nuts and I outed 2 Tbl. Using the 13 cup measure I found the crepe was too thick. I prefer a thinner crepe. I also topped each one with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
